The nose gets itchy, the face goes "ah... AH..." and then it blows. Tap ELBOW while it's winding up. HANDS catches it too, but then your hands are the problem. If a TISSUE pops up, that beats both.
Wait for the wind-up, then ELBOW. Too early does nothing. Too late and the germs are out.
First pass. The reflex being drilled is elbow up before the sneeze, under a little time pressure, with the hand-catch left in on purpose because it's what most kids do by instinct. The game lets it work, then makes the consequence obvious. Nothing is tracked or sent anywhere.
A sneeze is coming. Circle the best move.
Answer key: tissue when there is one, elbow when there isn't. Hands are never the best answer.
